Cancellation and Refund Policy
A refund less a $100 cancellation fee ($50 for student registrations) will be provided for registration
cancellations received in writing (email) by NAHN on or before 6:00 pm Eastern on June 10, 2026. No
refunds will be provided for registrations after June 10, 2026, or no shows. The 2026 Annual Conference
does not have a virtual option and sessions will not be recorded.
Use of Likeness
As a participant in this event, your likeness may be captured in video or photos, which may be used in
NAHN and its association management company for marketing and communications. By registering, you
authorize the use of your likeness for these purposes.
