This will be a one-hour, moderated panel discussion designed to highlight the diverse cultural identities and lived experiences that shape nursing practice. We will have nurses from varied cultural backgrounds who will share personal reflections on how culture has influenced their professional journeys, patient care, and interactions within healthcare settings. Through open dialogue and storytelling, this webinar will aim to promote more cultural awareness, empathy, and understanding among healthcare professionals. Attendees will have the opportunity to listen, reflect, and engage in meaningful discussion that supports inclusive and equitable care across diverse patient populations.

By the end of this webinar, my hope is that the participants will be able to:

1. Describe how cultural identity and lived experiences influence nursing practice and patient care.
2. Recognize the importance of cultural perspectives in communication and teamwork within healthcare settings.
